Shipping policy
- Please allow 2-3 business days (not including Sunday) for processing, (excluding preorder items).
- Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com, or (800)275-8777.

Preorders
Orders that contain preorder items will be shipped once all items are available to ship. We recommend making separate orders if you need your in stock item asap.
- If there is a delay, for whatever reason on a preorder item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of the preorder items.
